Robert L. Young, 91, Lake Geneva, WI died Wednesday June 18, 2014 at the Williams Bay Care Center, Williams Bay. Robert was born Sept. 22, 1922 in Richland Center, WI the son of Walter and Pearl Laiher Young. United in marriage to Norma Schulz May 1, 1943 in Lake Geneva, WI. Member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, was the owner of South Shore Services. Surviving are his wife of 71 years Norma, daughter Donna Robinson, Menasha, WI and son Robert (Jean) Young, West Bend, WI. 4 grandchildren, William (Sarah) Robinson, Jennifer (Shad) DeWitt, Robbie and Sarah Young. 2 great grandchildren, Quinn DeWitt and Orion Robinson, sister, June Volbrecht. In-laws, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Rose and Marilyn and 3 brothers, Frank, Harry, and Gerald. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday June 23, 2014 at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lake Geneva, WI with Pastor Karl Schultz officiating. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial may be made in Robert's name to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1101 Logan Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147.
