Roseanne Goetz

Roseanne Goetz, 85, of Lake Geneva, passed away on August 18, 2024.

Born in Chicago in 1938, to parents Henry Goetz and Jeanette Jaskowski, she was a graduate of the College of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois. She taught grade school in Palos and Worth, Illinois during the 1960s. After moving to Lake Geneva in the 1970s, Roseanne operated her own bar and restaurant on the "motel mile" in town for 11 years, and then continued to work in the hospitality industry.

Roseanne was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings Edwin Liebner, Joseph Liebner, and Jeanette (Liebner) Foran. She is survived by her nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
