Shirley Ellora Mckinney

Shirley Ellora McKinney, 81 of rural Darien, Wis died at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, WI on Tuesday, Dec. 8th,2015. Shirley was born Feb. 4, 1934 in Waukesha, Wisconsin the daughter of Lester Emil Sorenson and Ellora Emma Schmidt. Shirley was a cook for over years and owned and operated the Transport Cafe in Darien, Wi from 1969 to 1977, Shirley also cooked a several nursing homes in area. In more recent years she started working at Wal-Mart when it opened in Delavan up to present time. Shirley is survived by two sons, Fernie (Julie) Duesterbeck of Lake Geneva and David Duesterbeck of Walworth. 1 daughtter, Cindy Gallagher. 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchiildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sue. Memorial Services are 11am. Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Betzer Funeral Home with the Rev. Dick Inglett officiating.
