Thomas A. Bell (Snuff) March 25, 1948 - May 17, 2019 Thomas Alwyn Bell a.k.a. Snuff, age 71 was born in Elkhorn, WI to Frances (Coombe) Bell and LeRoy Bell. He was raised by "Ma" Bell and his stepdad, James "Pete" Peterson. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Lakeland Hospital. After graduating from Delavan-Darien High School, he entered the United States Army and served in Vietnam. After his return to the U.S, he became a Postal Worker in Elkhorn and was loved and respected by all he served. After his retirement, he moved to Venice, Florida where he lived for many years with Pat A. Nelson, his long time friend and life partner. After her passing, he returned to his beloved Wisconsin to enjoy family, friends and travel. He was passionate about the Beatles and all 60's-70's music. His avid loyalty to the Cubs and Bears was only surpassed by his loyalty to his friends and family. He is survived by his stepdaughters Michelle Bucholtz and Stephanie Kieffer, both of Delavan, four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his siblings Gerald "Jerry" Bell of Whitewater, David "Buzz" Bell of Madison, Happy Bell of Delavan, John "Joe" Bell (Sue) of Delavan, Michael "Mike" Bell (Sue) of Elkhorn, Patrick "Pat" Bell of Delavan, James "Rack" Peterson of Lake Geneva. He was preceeded in death by: Pat A. Nelson and his parents Frances Peterson, LeRoy Bell and his step-father, James Peterson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Thomas Bell to a charity of your choice.
