William was a United States Army Veteran and is survived by family, friends and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1725 N Washington St, Janesville, WI) Pastor Lee Meissner of First Presbyterian Church will officiate.
