William Cecil Hines

William Cecil Hines, age 75 of Burlington, WI passed away at Geneva Lake Manor on Monday, September 24, 2018. William was born August 16, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN the son of William and Alline Hines. He was the loving father to William Cecil Hines IV, Patricia Alline (Gary) Powers and Eric Joseph (Alisha) Hines. Grandfather of Levi (Emily) Powers, Abigail (Josh) Walsh, Daniel (Rachel) Powers, Brooke, Miriam, Madeline, Gabrielle, Lydia, Grace and Calvin Powers. Great-grandchildren Hugo, Soren and Gwen. William is also survived by brother Joesph Hines, sister-in-law Debbie Hines and former wives Beverly, Linda and the late Vivian. He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by his parents, brother Charles Hines and sister Linda Hines. "A man who has done it all." A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Steinke-Lazarczyk Funeral Home (515 Center St, Lake Geneva) with a service at 12 p.m. Chris Law will be officiating.
